Official Rules

These Official Rules govern each Prop Drop sweepstakes drawing (each, a "Drop"). They are separate from and supplement our Terms & Conditions. If there is a direct conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms & Conditions as to the conduct of a specific Drop, these Official Rules control.

1. Sponsor

Each Drop is sponsored by Blackwatch Co LLC, d/b/a "Prop Drop" ("Sponsor," "we," "us," "our"), located in Celina, Texas, USA. Sponsor operates the digital storefront at www.propdrop.io ("Site"). See Section 14 for the address to use for mail-in entries and general inquiries.

2. Eligibility

• Each Drop ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, and its parent, affiliates, and any entities involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
• The Sweepstakes is VOID in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. See Section 11.
• Entrants are responsible for confirming they meet all residency, age, and other requirements under these Official Rules and any applicable law before entering. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements at any time.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter each Drop. Both methods receive equal consideration, and free entries carry the same per-entry odds of winning as paid bonus entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Method 1 — Paid entry (with purchase). Purchase any digital trading guide on the Site during an active Drop's Entry Period. Each guide's product page states the number of bonus sweepstakes entries ("tickets") included with that purchase for the associated Drop. Ticket counts by product tier are currently 500, 1,200, 2,500, 5,000, or 15,000 tickets per qualifying purchase, as stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Bonus tickets apply only to the specific weekly Drop active at the time of purchase and are not transferable to any other Drop. You may purchase more than one guide, and each qualifying purchase adds its stated tickets to that week's pool.

Method 2 — Free entry (no purchase necessary / AMOE). You may enter any active Drop for free, with no purchase required, by either of the following methods:

• Online: Submit your email address using the free-entry form on propdrop.io. Each valid, completed submission is worth one (1) entry ticket into the currently active Drop(s) at the time of submission.
• Mail-in postcard: Hand-write on a postcard or single sheet of paper no larger than 4" x 6" your (a) full name, (b) mailing address, (c) email address, (d) date of birth, and (e) the exact name of the Drop you wish to enter, and mail it to the Sponsor address listed in Section 14. Each postcard that is legible, complete, and received before the applicable Entry Period closes is worth one (1) entry ticket into the named Drop.

Limit: one (1) free entry per email address / per person, per Drop, regardless of entry method. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or bulk/third-party-submitted entries will be void. Free tickets and paid bonus tickets are pooled together and drawn using the identical weighted random method described in Section 6 — a free ticket and a paid ticket have exactly the same odds of being selected.

4. Entry Period

• Weekly Drops: Each weekly Entry Period opens Saturday at 12:00 PM Central Time and closes the following Friday at 12:00 PM Central Time, when that week's drawing occurs. Sponsor currently operates weekly Drops only; any additional cadence (monthly, seasonal, or one-off Drops) will be governed by Official Rules published at that time.
• Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper for all Entry Periods. Entries, purchases, or mailed postcards received after the applicable close time will not be included in that Drop, regardless of when they were sent or postmarked.

5. Prize Description & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

• Weekly Drop Prize: One (1) winner receives one $150,000 prop-firm evaluation account (or Sponsor's provisioning of the equivalent evaluation product), awarded by Sponsor purchasing the evaluation on the winner's behalf from a third-party prop trading firm, or providing an equivalent voucher. The specific third-party prop trading firm supplying the evaluation may vary Drop-to-Drop and will be identified at the drawing or in the winner-notification email. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $221 (the retail cost Sponsor pays a prop firm for a single $150,000 evaluation product; this reflects the cost of the evaluation challenge itself, not the $150,000 notional account size).
• Prizes are the evaluation account product only. Passing the evaluation, receiving a funded account, and any subsequent trading payouts are governed entirely by the applicable prop firm's own rules, are not guaranteed, and are not part of the Prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's control, including if Sponsor's partnered prop firm(s) change or become unavailable.
• Total number of prizes and total ARV per Drop: one (1) prize per weekly Drop (ARV $221).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Promptly after each Entry Period closes, Sponsor will conduct a weighted random drawing from all eligible entry tickets received for that Drop. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn regardless of whether it came from a free entry or a paid bonus entry; entrants who purchased higher tiers simply hold more tickets in the same pool.
• One (1) winning ticket is drawn per Drop, associated with one winning entrant.
• The potential winner will be notified by email, using the address provided at entry, within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing, and Sponsor will separately announce the winner's name or handle via a live broadcast on Prop Drop's Instagram account.
• The potential winner must respond to the notification email and confirm their identity and eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification being sent. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within this window, is found ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible tickets for that Drop, time permitting, using the same weighted random method.
• Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of winners are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

7. Odds

Odds of winning any given Drop depend on the total number of eligible entry tickets received for that Drop's Entry Period. The more total tickets in the pool (from all free and paid entrants combined), the lower each individual ticket's odds of being drawn. Sponsor does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of entrants for any Drop.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, city/state of residence, voice, statements, and likeness, along with any materials submitted as part of their entry, in connection with advertising and promoting Prop Drop and its Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, or approval, and without additional compensation to the winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a Prize not specifically stated in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the aggregate ARV of Prizes awarded to a single winner is $600 or more in a calendar year (for example, if the same entrant wins multiple Weekly Drops in one year), Sponsor will issue that winner an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the aggregate ARV. Winners may be required to provide a completed Form W-9 or equivalent taxpayer information to Sponsor before a Prize is awarded.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or postpone any Drop, in whole or in part, if it detects fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, tampering, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of that Drop.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to obtain more than the permitted number of entries through fraudulent or automated means.
• These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or relating to a Drop or these Official Rules will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas (or as otherwise specified in Sponsor's Terms & Conditions).
• By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
• Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Void States

Notwithstanding anything else in these Official Rules, each Drop is VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND RHODE ISLAND, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of these states are not eligible to enter or win any Drop by any method, free or paid, until such time as Sponsor completes any required state sweepstakes registration and bonding, or reduces the advertised value of its prizes below the applicable state thresholds.

12. Prop Firm Eligibility Disclaimer

The prop trading firm that issues a Prize evaluation account maintains its own independent eligibility rules, including residency, geographic, age, and regulatory restrictions, which are separate from and in addition to the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules. It is the winner's sole responsibility to confirm with the awarding prop firm that they qualify to receive and use the evaluation account before and after being declared a winner. If a winner is disqualified, rejected, or declined onboarding by the prop firm for any reason — including without limitation their country, state, or region of residence — the Prize is forfeited in full. No cash, credit, or alternate prize will be substituted in that event, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that winner.

13. Winners List

For a list of past Drop winners, visit propdrop.io/winners, or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 14, specifying the Drop(s) you are requesting winner information for. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the relevant drawing.

This address is used for mail-in free entries (Section 3), winners-list requests (Section 13), and general inquiries about these Official Rules.
