1. About Prop Drop

Prop Drop ("Prop Drop", "we", "us", "our") operates a digital storefront at www.propdrop.io selling original trading guides and educational PDFs. As a promotional bonus, every paid digital product purchase includes free sweepstakes entries into our active drops, which give eligible participants the chance to win prop firm evaluation accounts ("Prizes"). The trading guides themselves are the product you are purchasing; the sweepstakes entries are a complimentary promotional bonus included at no additional cost. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By visiting our site, purchasing a digital product, or submitting a free entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not enter.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of Prop Drop are not eligible to win.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that the third-party prop firm hosting the Prize permits residents of your country, state, province, or territory to trade or hold accounts with them. We do not screen, verify, or guarantee your eligibility with any prop firm.
• If you win a Prize and the prop firm refuses to onboard you because of your location, regulatory status, sanctions list, age, or any other reason, the Prize is forfeited and we owe no replacement, substitute, or cash equivalent.

3. The digital products & bonus entries

• Every paid item on Prop Drop is an original digital trading guide (a PDF or PDF bundle) that you receive by instant download after purchase. The guides are the product you are paying for and have standalone educational value independent of any sweepstakes.
• As a free promotional bonus, each paid guide includes a stated number of complimentary sweepstakes entries into the active drop the guide is associated with. The bonus entries do not increase the price of the guide and are not for sale separately.
• Each "drop" has a fixed prize, a fixed closing date and time (shown on the drop card), and a single winner unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus entries are drop-specific. Entries bundled with a guide for one drop apply only to that drop and are not transferable to any other drop, future drop, or third party.
• You may purchase multiple guides. The number of entries listed on each guide is the number of times your handle is placed into the drawing pool for the associated drop.
• Bonus entries close at the time stated on the drop card. Purchases completed after the close time will not be honored for that drop. The digital guide is still delivered.

4. No purchase necessary — free entry

No purchase is required to enter or win. To get free sweepstakes entries into every active drop without buying anything, enter your email address in the form on our homepage. Submitting your email signs you up for Prop Drop marketing emails and automatically enters you in every weekly drop while your subscription is active. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing will end future automatic free entries. Limit one free entry per email address, per drop. Free entries have the same odds of winning per entry as the bonus entries bundled with a paid guide — odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If you are unable to use the online form, you may also submit a free entry by mailing a postcard or single-page letter, hand-written by you, that includes your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the name of the drop you wish to enter, to the address published on our Free Entry page. Mailed entries must be received before the close time of the relevant drop. Mechanically reproduced, mass-produced, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

5. Drawing & winner selection

• Winners are selected at random from the pool of eligible entries for each drop after entries close.
• Drawings are conducted using a verifiable random method. Currently, drawings are announced on our Instagram. The drawing format may change at our discretion.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drop.
• The decisions of Prop Drop regarding eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection are final and binding.

6. Winner notification & claim

• Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message at the contact information provided with their entry within seven (7) days of the drawing.
• Winners must respond and confirm acceptance, eligibility, and prop-firm onboarding details within seven (7) days of notification. Unclaimed Prizes may be forfeited and re-drawn at our discretion.
• To claim a Prize, the winner may be required to complete and sign a confirmation of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release.

7. The Prize

• The Prize is the evaluation account (or accounts) listed on the drop card, provisioned through a third-party prop firm. The Prize is not a funded payout, profit guarantee, or cash equivalent.
• You must complete the prop firm's own evaluation program and abide by their rules, risk limits, payout structure, and trader agreement to receive any funded payout. The prop firm's rules and ours are independent. We are not responsible for the prop firm's policies, performance, payouts, or business decisions.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable.
• Any taxes, fees, or charges associated with receiving or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. No refunds — all sales final

All digital guide purchases are final. Because the guides are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, missed close time for bonus entries, ineligibility for the sweepstakes discovered after purchase, not winning a drawing, dissatisfaction with the guide content or prop firm, the prop firm changing its rules, or technical issues with your own device, payment method, or internet connection. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the digital guide is non-refundable once delivered and you expressly waive any right to chargeback, dispute, or refund based on the bonus sweepstakes entries.

9. No guarantee of winning

Purchasing one or more entries does not guarantee that you will win any drop. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Past results are not indicative of future drawings.

10. Prohibited conduct

• No fraud, identity misrepresentation, bot-driven entries, payment fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• No use of multiple accounts, fake identities, or proxies to obtain free entries beyond the one-per-person limit.
• No tampering with the site, our drawing process, or any third-party service used to run the giveaway.
• We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any entry or participant we reasonably believe has violated these Terms, with no refund and no recourse.

11. Cancellation, modification, suspension

We may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any drop at any time for any reason, including (without limitation) suspected fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or insufficient entries. If a drop is canceled before it draws, eligible paid entrants for that specific drop may, at our discretion, be offered an entry of equal value in a future drop. No cash refunds will be issued.

12. Disclaimers

Prop Drop and its operators are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop firm whose evaluation accounts may be awarded as Prizes. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners. Trading on prop firm accounts involves risk, including the risk of failing the evaluation and losing the account, and is governed entirely by the prop firm's own terms. We make no representations about trading outcomes, funded payouts, or your ability to pass any evaluation.

The site and all entries are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Drop, its owners, operators, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your participation in any drop, your use of the site, the actions or omissions of any prop firm, or any Prize. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a single drop is limited to the amount you paid for entries in that drop.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prop Drop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your participation in any drop, your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of eligibility, or your interactions with any prop firm.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any drop will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Collin County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you enter a drop governs that entry. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
